Established in California in 1986, Black & Associates remains a privately held company, independent of all antenna and radio equipment manufacturers and system operators. Being independent, we can recommend and select equipment and facilities without conflict of interest. We provide exceptional customer support through the licensing process by engineers who are experienced in the areas of frequency management and the design of microwave telecommunications systems.
